Press your palms, fingers, or fists into the floor to lift the crown of your head up toward the ceiling. Roll your shoulders down and back, and press your chest forward. Look straight ahead with your chin parallel to the floor.
Extend your back leg by pressing your heel toward the floor and by pressing the back of your knee up toward the ceiling. Relax your hips and let them sink toward the floor.
Breathe and hold for 2 to 6 breaths.
Release by lowering your left knee and sliding your right knee back into Table Top. Alternatively, you can step your right foot back into Downward-Facing Dog.
